Carolina and Julian, Founders of Hazel Artistic Chocolatier

 

Hello! I'm Carolina.

Since 2015, I've been following my passion for creating delightful and gorgeous arrangements made with chocolate, strawberries, flowers, and cakes. My background as an Industrial Engineer, combined with my experience teaching university students how to become entrepreneurs, led me to establish my first chocolatier in my hometown in Colombia. Cooking has always been a love of mine, and I've been passionate about it for as long as I can remember.

In 2019, my husband and I made the bold decision to leave everything behind and move to Canada, embracing a new adventure. With the mindset that one day I would open my own chocolatier here, just as I did before, I kept my dream alive.

Hazel Artistic Chocolatier was born to share love and sweetness with you, and I couldn’t be more excited to be part of your special moments.

Every arrangement I create is hand-crafted with love, care, passion, and attention to detail. I only use the finest ingredients to ensure that each edible masterpiece not only looks stunning but also tastes divine.
